Elise “Carroll” Thorne Cope brings over 28 years of professional experience in architectural interior design, collaborating with homeowners, architects, and builders to develop bespoke homes from concept development through project completion.
Her experience spans hundreds of completed projects for clients throughout North Carolina, the United States, and internationally. She works across varying architectural and interior styles, scales and lifestyles.
Carroll approaches every project through a neuroaesthetic design lens—considering how architecture, spatial planning, elements, materials, lighting, furnishings, and cohesive design planning work together to support lifestyle beauty, functionality, and extraordinary aesthetic living.
Known for her hands-on and collaborative approach, Carroll believes every home begins with listening—understanding how clients desire to gather, restore, connect, and experience their home enviroment.
Through knowledgable guidance and neuro aesthetic planning, she collaborates with clients to develop their home environment that feels cohesive, purposeful, and personally aligned with each client’s lifestyle.
